Q How long will my CV take?
A We will endeavor to get you your first draft copy within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment. From your first draft you will be able to request us to make amendments until you are happy with the finished product. Your final copy will then be emailed within 1 working day from your final acceptance.
Q What happens if I lose my CV?
A We keep copies of all Calibre CVs. If you lose your copy, let us know and we can email it to you for no further charge.
Q Do you provide a CV Update Service?
A Yes we do. This is done on an individual basis, depending on the complexity of the changes. Please contact us to discuss what updates you are considering. We value your custom and will work with you to make it as cost effective as possible.
Q What payment options are available?
A Paypal, BACS transfer, Cheque payments, debit and credit cards (credit cards attract a processing fee of 2.5% to cover Merchants charges, Amex incurs a 3% charge)
