Terms and Conditions

Calibre CV’s reserve the right to change and modify our Terms and Conditions of Service and Pricing with no prior notice. This right will not affect the terms and conditions present at the time of your legitimate purchase from this service.

Calibre CV’s relies on the information that you have provided to us to create your CVs and/or other documentation requested. We will not accept responsibility for any false or inaccurate information supplied to us.

Work on your CV or any additional service will commence on receipt of your cleared payment.

You will receive the first draft of your CV and/or additional product no later than 5 working days from Calibre CVs receiving your cleared payment and all relevant information to enable us to prepare your products. If a request is received outside of normal working hours then the 5 workings days will commence from the next working day. Working days are stated as Monday to Friday 9am -5pm and do not include bank holidays.

When we have emailed you your first draft, you will have 15 working days to review and/or request us to make amendments to your documentation to ensure your full satisfaction with no further fee applicable. All amendments will be made within 24 hours of us receiving them as long as they are received in normal working hours.

You have 15 working days to review your documentation. If no requests are received by Calibre CVs for amendments or alterations to your products by the expiry of 15 working days we will assume that you have accepted this draft as final.

If you wish us to make amendments after your acceptance of the final draft or after the expiry of 15 working days as stated above then further fees will apply.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our CVs however we can not guarantee that interviews or employment offers will arise from using our products for employment submissions.

Calibre CV’s makes every endeavour to ensure that we meet and exceed our guaranteed delivery times. If for any reason we will be unable to meet these times, we will notify you immediately. If you then do not wish to proceed with your order you will be entitled to a full refund of premiums paid. If you are happy to continue then fees will still apply. Calibre CVs will not accept liability for any losses incurred as a result of failure to meet those deadlines.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds when work has commenced on your CV or other documentation due to the personalised nature of our products. If you choose to cancel your order prior to us commencing work then a full refund will be made minus Merchants fees applicable at that time.
